Thursdays & Sundays November 18 to January 15
California Film Institute and San Francisco Opera join in presenting this new series of operas recorded in high-definition in 2008 and 2009 at San Francisco's historic War Memorial Opera House. San Francisco Opera is one of the world's leading companies and a destination for the greatest international singers, conductors, directors and designers. These beautifully filmed versions offer everyone the "best seat in the house" for these dynamic and innovative theatrical productions.

The Rafael's high-definition presentations are scheduled for Thursday evenings and Saturday mornings. Please note that normal matinee prices do not apply for the Saturday morning shows.
